The self-image evaluation is the first step in the Image consulting.
During a one hour interview, we will define your expectations and goals and I will be able to propose you an action plan.

Color analysis is the process of determining the colors that best fit a person's natural coloring. When the correct colors are found, you will know what colors to choose for clothes and accessories so that you will look radiant, healthy, younger and of course fabulous !

A good hair style should frame your face according to your facial structure.
After a colour test, I will analyze your facial features, skin tones, hair texture in order to provide you with one new hair style and advices to take care of your hair and how to trim facial hair..
I come along then with you at your hairdresser or one of my partners to achieve your new hair style (hairdresser's costs at your charge).

Body type assessment - Fashion Styling

You will learn which body shape is yours, how to choose clothing that best flatter your body shape and how to play down your problem areas by maximizing your strengths.
I will help you to find your own style with trends and style books to fit your lifestyle, your profesional and personal goals, your needs and tastes.

Our last step !
Now, you know exactly what you have and what you need and what works for you. A shopping trip with your personal shopper will help you add those great pieces that will help you get noticed for all the right reasons.

Fitness and Diet with a personal fitness coach
The key to a good fitness and diet program is staying motivated and tailoring a program for your body type. Discussing and studying your eating habits, your experimented and certified personnal fitness coach will find an easy and realistic solution you can live with and develop a fitness program you will enjoy.
